Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm (Afternoon fee collection applies)
Sunday/ Saturday: 9.30am - 12pm Only
We are closed on Bank Holidays for Collection and Drop-Off.
We do not offer out of hours services.
Kennel Cough Vaccination (Dogs only): Must be given AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THEIR STAY OTHERWISE BOARDING WILL BE REFUSED. Please contact us should you have any queries.
Cancellation Policy:
We must be notified at least 14 days prior to your booking of any amendments. Failure to do so, will result in the full amount charged of the original booking.
Prices:
Please be aware our prices increase every January, this may not show the updated price if booked the year before.
We are happy to discuss any dietary issues or boarding concerns you may have, or book an appointment to have a look at our kennels and cattery facilities contact us.
